27 MB sounds like a large file for a 2 minute clip, what program are you using to edit and render? The file should be around 12 MB.

I agree, 27mb is HUGE for a 2 minute clip. You should be in the 10-12mb range for a compressed video of that length. That being said, you still should be able to upload the clip, though larger clips have more time to error out for some unknown reason. I remember that I had hell uploading my eland clip (46mb), it took several attempts to finally get it to go through.

I'm not sure what program you are using but you need to reduce the file size down even more.

Maybe Peyton can shine some new light on your problem when he see this.

One other tip. When you are having trouble like this, stick to one thread. Starting 5 threads for one problem makes it tough to keep up with. Also, when others have the same problem down the road they can learn a lot easier if everything is on one thread. Not busting your chops, just making a suggestion in the interest of the community. rolleyes.gif

im using microsoft movie maker

In Windows Movie Maker, try exporting your finished clip with the "Video for LAN (768 Kbps)" setting. You should end up with a 640x480 file that averages around 6mb per minute.
