I have used Windows Encoder 9 in the past with no problems but now I cannot get it to work. I try to convert mpeg o .wmv but it says something about to speicified driver?

I cannot encode at all. Any help so I can get these vids working?

I think its better to convert from av file. When you edit save to av file then convert to wmv file. or after editing save to wmv if your editing program is capable.
Your trying to convert an already converted file. It should do it but youll lose quality converting multiple times.
.......Any body got any ideas ? ..or correct me if Im wrong.

I will take another stab at it. I downloaded the vid direct from the camera and it was in mpeg format at that time. It is a new camera and can't recall if I did something different in the past.
