The videos on this website are owned by you. You have the right to do whatever you want with them. However, unauthorized use of this website, by others, to promote and/or produce (or potentially produce) a product or service is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated!

If someone solicits the use of your video using the HuntingFootage.com website, then they are using our site to do business. Even if one is viewing your video through HuntingFootage.com, they are "using" our site. If they contact you from our website, they are "using" our website. It is our software and hardware that permits the use!

HuntingFootage.com is a very expensive site! The server it runs on costs $100 per month and countless hours have been spent in creating and maintaining the site. Additionally, the software that runs the site is expensive. Taking advantage of these resources (which have been freely donated) will NOT be tolerated!

Solicitation through the use of HuntingFootage.com MUST be approved by me! If someone contacts you about your video located on our website, please let me know!

I want to continue to provide everyone with a great site we can all enjoy. However, I can only do this if people follow the rules, do what is right, and help me police the activities.

One last thing....I highly encourage all of you to do the most with your videos. If you have the opportunity to get it on a video or TV show, I would jump at the chance. But don't take advantage of someone else's efforts and money. There are enough bad people in the world. Be remarkable and do what is right.
