what do i have to do to change the mov file so i can post it on here any help would be great!!

Im not great at this but may be able to help.
You may need to go back to what it was before it was a mov file or does you cam take mov footage ?

You can try Windows media Encoder but I don't know for sure if it works with mov files. I convert dv/avi files for uploads here. Its free here in the forum.

I think theres a 33 mb upload limit here. Which for me is about 4 minutes of quality footage. Download the encoder and if you need my settings just ask.

well i finally got a program to work but it looks like i will have to buy it since it has the ads on the video but thanks for the help have to check it out thanks again!!

I dont believe the window media encoder will convert .mov files. i think there are free converters out there. I believe this is a free one?
