I shoot in HD, when I play it back on TV or make a DVD it is great. When I upload here and play it back the quality is poor. Is there something that I am doing wrong? When Iplay videos posted by others they are clear and sharp.

Check out this post. I had the exact same issue. Follow Lee's instruction and it will come out perfect.

I may have solved my own problem. It was with the way I connected the camera to the computer using the wrong cable. I have gone back and redownloaded to computer and now have way excellant vid.

I do have Windows media encoder that I will use to reduce them if needed.I hope I can remove the recent video and replace with the better copy but if not I might just do another.
