I've just made up a video and wish to place it on this site, the video is 146MB and is 7.24mins long.

What size do i have to reduce the video size down too and what programs (free) can i use to downsize this vid.

Also what format do i save the new video in. (Sorry for the questions, but i dont really have a clue)

The max file size is 128 MB's. Its easiest to just shorten the video in a few places to get it down to that size. What type of file is it ? (WMV,Mov, AVI, MPG)
I use Windows Media Encoder on my Dv/Avi files. The directions are in our forum under tutorials.
